Jessica Watson

Founder/Lead CFO
Jessica Watson began her career in restaurants at 17 and worked her way through nearly every role on the floor, from host to manager. She has opened locations, trained teams, and led operations across multiple brands, giving her firsthand understanding of how financial decisions actually play out in day-to-day hospitality operations.
With a background in accounting and deep operational experience, Jessica founded Pivot Financial Solutions to help hospitality owners bring clarity to their numbers and structure to their businesses. Her work bridges finance and operations, supporting owners as they stabilize performance, manage growth, and plan what comes next.

Fernanda is an operations leader with more than a decade of experience improving performance and building strong teams in hospitality environments. Her background spans restaurant operations and business management, with a focus on execution in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.
At Pivot, Fernanda works alongside owners to translate strategy into action. Her work centers on labor efficiency, management systems, and accountability structures that support consistent execution and long-term profitability.

Controller

Angel brings more than a decade of corporate accounting experience, along with years of hands-on client support across hospitality, real estate, law, and nonprofit organizations. She specializes in building clean, accurate, and audit-ready financials that clients can trust.
At Pivot, Angel oversees day-to-day accounting operations and ensures client financials are timely, precise, and scalable. She works closely with owners to strengthen back-office systems, improve controls, and support smooth, reliable operations.
