With a degree in accounting and a career rooted in restaurant operations, Jessica brings both financial precision and frontline insight to her role as Founder and CFO Advisor at Pivot Financial Solutions. She helps independent restaurant owners clean up their books, control prime costs, and build profitable, scalable businesses — whether they’re running one unit, preparing to sell five, or struggling to keep labor in line.

At Pivot, Angel oversees day-to-day accounting operations and makes sure every client’s financials are timely, precise, and built to scale. She also partners closely with owners on back-office processes, helping streamline systems, strengthen controls, and keep operations running smoothly.
